When a slab of crisp puff pastry becomes an edible antipasti board that dreams are made of. Loaded with basil pesto, ricotta, assorted tomatoes, marinated artichokes, caper berries, baby spinach, prosciutto, Parmesan & fresh basil leaves. This tart is an utter drool-fest. Perfect for alfresco entertaining! It is always such a hit when I make it for guests. Feel free to play around with different toppings.
