baby spinach 300 g
500 g courgettes
spring onionsx 1 bunch
250 g brown mushrooms
broccoli x 2
medium butternuts x 2
red onion x 3
longstem broccoli 80 – 100 g
lemons 3
large carrots 4- 5
250 g baby tomatoes
cucumber x 1
julienne beetroot
fresh sage leaves
thyme

coriander

Dairy
100 g chevin
200 g feta cheese

Meat
+- 400 g large free range rump steak
4 – 6 free range chicken thighs & drumsticks

Pantry
mixed seeds
toasted hazelnuts, chopped
baking powder
psyllium husk
1 x tin lentils
2 eggs
salt
pepper
olive oil
white wine vinegar
